By using Elvion AI and related products (including Philadelphia AI, Bobby, and our creative studios), you agree to follow these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the express permission of a parent or guardian to use Elvion AI. Use of the platform where prohibited by law is strictly not allowed.

3. Platform and Services

Elvion AI provides digital services through various models, including AI chat (Philadelphia, Bobby), creative content generation (Image, Video, Audio), and learning tools. Service features, credits pricing, and model availability may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice to ensure optimal performance.

4. User Commitments and Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and never share account access or Developer API keys.
• Do not use Elvion AI for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading activities.
• Do not upload or generate content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• Always verify critical information independently. AI-generated content is provided for general use and should not be blindly trusted for factual accuracy.

5. Acceptable Use

• No hacking, reverse engineering, spamming, phishing, or deploying harmful bots/scripts against our infrastructure.
• No attempts to bypass security constraints, gain unauthorized data, or damage the platform's integrity.
• No sharing of malware, scams, or manipulative content generated via our platforms.
• Only use APIs and integrations as documented and permitted by Elvion Developer Guidelines.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to content you create, but grant Elvion AI a license to use and store it to power platform features (such as your chat history) and securely process generation requests.
• Elvion retains all rights in the platform’s technology, designs, software, UI, and branding. No logos or names may be used without explicit written permission.
• AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are completely responsible for legal compliance in your usage and commercial distribution of this content.

7. Privacy and Security

• User data is handled according to the Elvion Privacy Policy. Conversations and uploads may be automatically reviewed to maintain quality, safety, and security.
• Do not share highly sensitive, private, or confidential data (like passwords, SSNs, or financial records) with the AI or in media submissions.

8. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and AI Limitations

• Elvion AI and all tools, content, and responses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• Information and results from the AI are not a substitute for professional direction (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• Your use is at your own risk. Platform owners, partners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our models.
• We strive for high uptime and stability, but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Changes to Terms

Elvion may update these terms at any time to reflect platform evolution or legal compliance. Significant changes will be communicated via site notice or email. Continued use of the platform after changes implies you accept the updated terms.

10. Account Termination

Elvion may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke API keys, or ban IP addresses that violate these terms, put users or the platform at risk, or for other valid business or legal reasons, without offering a refund for unused credits.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Elvion AI operates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in accordance with those laws and within designated legal venues.

12. Responsible AI, Safety, and Community

• All users must engage with AI with ethical respect. Absolutely no use of our studios for abuse, discrimination, or deepfake misinformation.
• Feedback on unsafe, biased, or broken output can be reported by contacting our support team directly.
• We continually monitor and update our AI and community standards to ensure safety, alignment, and fairness.
